11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

12. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining account balance, subject to completion of any wagering requirements. Any bonus funds will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

winph6 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspicious or fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion.
